You must register using your legal name, correct date of birth, current contact information, and other requested details. Nicknames may be used in public game areas only when that feature is available; they do not replace verified account information.
PHLVIP may reject a registration, merge accidental duplicate accounts, close duplicate accounts, or ask for further verification. Bonuses, winnings, or promotional benefits obtained through duplicate, misleading, or unauthorised accounts may be removed after a reasonable review.
Keep your details up to date. If your mobile number, address, email address, or payment information changes, update the record before requesting a transaction. PHLVIP may pause an account when the supplied information is incomplete, inconsistent, expired, or reasonably suspected to be inaccurate.
Your PHLVIP username, password, verification codes, and recovery details are confidential. Do not share them with family members, friends, agents, tipsters, payment facilitators, or anyone claiming to represent customer support. PHLVIP support will not ask you to reveal a complete password or one-time security code.
You are responsible for activity completed through your account when correct credentials are used, except where applicable law provides otherwise or PHLVIP caused the security failure. Contact support promptly if you notice an unfamiliar login, transaction, game, or bet. PHLVIP may temporarily restrict access while reviewing a reported compromise.
Use a strong password, secure your mobile device, log out on shared equipment, and avoid saving credentials on a public browser. PHLVIP may require additional authentication when a login or payment attempt appears unusual.
Deposits may be made through payment methods currently shown by PHLVIP, which may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI or UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Availability, limits, and processing times can vary by method.
A deposit must come from a payment account or card legally held by the registered PHLVIP player. Third-party payments may be rejected, returned, or held for verification. PHLVIP accounts are intended for gambling activity and must not be used as banking, remittance, storage, or payment-routing facilities.
Balances are displayed in Philippine pesos. A payment provider may apply its own service charge under its separate agreement with you. PHLVIP is not responsible for a provider's independent fees, downtime, reversal, or processing delay, but we may help review a properly documented transaction.
Funds credited in error remain the property of the party entitled to them. You must not wager or withdraw an amount that you know was added incorrectly. PHLVIP may correct an obvious balance error after checking the relevant records.
Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient withdrawable balance, completed identity checks, payment ownership confirmation, security review, applicable limits, and any valid bonus conditions. Where reasonably possible, PHLVIP sends funds to a verified method associated with the same player who made the deposit.
Before approving a withdrawal, PHLVIP may ask for a government-issued identification document, proof of address, payment evidence, selfie verification, or information supporting the source of funds. Documents must be genuine, clear, current, and unaltered. Review time depends on the completeness and consistency of the records supplied.
PHLVIP may pause a transaction to investigate fraud indicators, account sharing, chargebacks, unusual betting, money-laundering concerns, or a legal request. A pending review does not automatically mean wrongdoing has occurred. Once the checks are completed, PHLVIP will process, reject, return, or adjust the request based on the verified facts.
Before playing, review the rules, minimum and maximum stakes, paytable, settlement method, and any market-specific condition shown by PHLVIP. Casino and card outcomes may involve chance, skill, or both. No previous result guarantees a future result, and no system can remove the financial risk of gambling.
A wager is accepted only when PHLVIP records it successfully and deducts or reserves the correct stake. A bet shown as pending is not necessarily accepted. Check the confirmation in your account before assuming that a selection has been placed.
Sports and esports markets are normally settled using the official result recognised by PHLVIP under the displayed market rules. Later appeals, statistical corrections, or disciplinary changes may not alter settlement unless the relevant rules say otherwise. Postponed, abandoned, rescheduled, or incorrectly listed events may be voided or settled according to the applicable market condition.
PHLVIP may correct an obvious pricing, paytable, participant, fixture, or settlement error. Where an error materially affects a wager, PHLVIP may void the affected transaction and return the valid stake, or settle it at the correct terms where the rules and applicable law permit.
PHLVIP promotions may have separate requirements concerning eligibility, minimum deposit, qualifying games, wagering contribution, maximum stake, expiry, maximum conversion, or withdrawal. Read the offer details before accepting. If you do not understand a condition, ask PHLVIP support before using bonus funds.
Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, promotions are limited to one eligible PHLVIP player, household, device, payment source, or internet connection. Coordinated registration, duplicate accounts, low-risk wagering designed only to extract a bonus, opposite-side betting, or manipulation of a promotional mechanic is prohibited.
Real-money funds and bonus funds may be used in a stated order. Not every game contributes equally to wagering requirements. A withdrawal request made before completing a requirement may cancel the remaining bonus and related bonus winnings, depending on the disclosed offer rules.
PHLVIP may suspend, amend, or end a promotion when necessary, but settled legitimate winnings will be handled under the terms that applied when the qualifying activity occurred, subject to verification and applicable law.

Gambling should be treated as paid entertainment, not as employment, an investment, or a way to recover financial losses. PHLVIP encourages every player to decide a spending limit before depositing, take regular breaks, avoid chasing losses, and never gamble with money needed for food, rent, tuition, debt, health care, or household expenses.
PHLVIP may provide deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off tools, or self-exclusion. Available settings and activation periods are explained in the relevant account area. Once self-exclusion is active, you must not attempt to bypass it through another identity or account.
PHLVIP may contact a player, limit activity, request affordability information, or suspend access where behaviour indicates potential harm. These steps are protective and do not guarantee that PHLVIP can identify every gambling problem. Players remain responsible for using available controls and seeking help when play stops being enjoyable or manageable.

You may request account closure through PHLVIP support, subject to completion of pending bets, verification, and lawful payment of an eligible remaining balance. If you need protection from gambling, use self-exclusion rather than ordinary closure because self-exclusion applies stronger reopening restrictions.
PHLVIP may restrict, suspend, or close an account for a material breach of these terms, failed verification, security concerns, prohibited activity, legal obligations, payment disputes, or risk to platform integrity. Where appropriate, PHLVIP will review relevant records and communicate the result.
If an account remains unused for an extended period, PHLVIP may classify it as dormant and contact the player using registered details. Any dormancy procedure or charge will be disclosed as required before it applies. Legitimate remaining funds remain subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.
PHLVIP works to maintain reliable access, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Mobile signal loss, internet congestion, device problems, maintenance, provider outages, or unexpected software faults may affect availability. Players should use a stable connection and confirm each transaction in account history.
If a game is interrupted, PHLVIP may resume it, complete it using the recorded game state, or void the affected round according to the provider's rules. If a betting service is interrupted, accepted wagers generally remain valid unless the relevant market is voided under its rules.
PHLVIP is not responsible for a bet that was never accepted because a device or network failed before confirmation. Screenshots alone may not establish acceptance; server and transaction records are used to determine whether PHLVIP received and recorded an instruction.
The PHLVIP name, logo, interface, text, graphics, layouts, software, databases, promotions, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Registration gives you a limited, personal, revocable right to access PHLVIP for lawful entertainment. It does not transfer ownership of any platform content.
You must not copy, sell, modify, republish, frame, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit PHLVIP content without permission. Game names, provider marks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Operational messages about security, transactions, verification, account status, and changes to these terms may be necessary for service delivery. Marketing preferences can be managed through available account controls, but opting out of marketing does not prevent essential PHLVIP account notices.
You acknowledge that gambling involves a real possibility of losing money. PHLVIP does not guarantee profits, uninterrupted access, or that any game strategy, tip, prediction, or historical statistic will produce a winning outcome. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how much to wager.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PHLVIP is not liable for indirect losses caused by matters outside reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, device faults, third-party payment disruption, or unauthorised activity resulting from a player's failure to secure credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay by PHLVIP in enforcing a right does not automatically waive that right.
If you believe a PHLVIP transaction, settlement, or account decision is incorrect, contact support promptly and provide your username, relevant transaction or bet reference, date, amount, and a clear description. Do not share your password or one-time code.
PHLVIP will review account logs, payment records, provider data, market rules, and submitted documents. You should cooperate with reasonable requests for information. A clear and complete report helps PHLVIP resolve the matter efficiently.
